Be Live Collection Punta Cana Adults Only Hotel, Punta Cana

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the ambiance was beautifully serene and the location was quite peaceful, the room left a lot to be desired. The service had its ups and downs; some staff were incredible, but others were less than helpful. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some improvements would make it truly exceptional.

I had a lovely stay at this resort. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable, featuring a huge jetted tub that made for a relaxing experience. While the service was generally good, there were a few moments where staff could have been more present. The location is beautiful, close to downtown Punta Cana, although the beach wasn't swimmable due to algae. Overall, it offered decent value for what I paid, despite some downsides with privacy in the pool area and dining variety.
