I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the ambiance was beautifully serene and the location was quite peaceful, the room left a lot to be desired. The service had its ups and downs; some staff were incredible, but others were less than helpful. Overall, it was a decent stay, but some improvements would make it truly exceptional.

I had a lovely stay at this resort. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable, featuring a huge jetted tub that made for a relaxing experience. The location is beautiful, close to downtown Punta Cana, although the beach wasn't swimmable due to algae. Overall, it offered decent value for what I paid, despite some downsides with privacy in the pool area and dining variety.
